However, we also understand that shopping online means you cannot always see or feel a product before you buy it. That is why we offer a fair and straightforward return and refund process to give you complete confidence in every purchase you make with us.

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within the following timelines:

Please note that bank processing times are beyond our control. The timelines above reflect our internal processing time. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.

Exchange Policy

If you would prefer to exchange your returned item for a different colour, size, or design, we are happy to arrange that for you subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, simply indicate your preference during the return request process. Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and verified. If there is a price difference between the original and replacement item, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, log in to your account and click “Cancel Order” from the “My Orders” section. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible — however, you may refuse delivery at the time it arrives, in which case the item will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after inspection.

For customised orders, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun, as these items are made specifically to your specifications.
