We currently ship to over 27,000 pincodes across India, including major metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and most rural pincodes served by our logistics partners. To check if we ship to your pincode, simply enter it at checkout and our system will confirm availability and estimated delivery time.

Need your purchase sooner? Our express shipping option delivers your order in 1–3 business days to most metro cities and major tier 2 towns. Express shipping is available on select products and select delivery zones. To check if express shipping is available for your pincode, add your items to cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your delivery address. The express option will appear automatically if it is available for your location.
Please note that express shipping does not guarantee same-day delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days are prioritised for same-day dispatch under the express option.
After dispatch, you will receive an SMS and email containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section of your Kumbh Home Decor account. We recommend checking your tracking status regularly as delivery updates are posted in real time by our logistics partners.
If your tracking shows “Out for Delivery” but you did not receive the package, please wait until the end of the day. If it still has not arrived, contact our support team and we will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the matter.
