UPI Payments
Pay instantly using any UPI-enabled app on your smartphone. We accept payments via Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, Amazon Pay, and all other UPI apps. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We understand that many customers prefer to pay in cash upon receiving their order. Cash on Delivery is available for most pincodes across India for orders up to ₹5,000. Please note that COD is not available for customised/personalised orders and may not be available for all pincodes. A COD handling fee of ₹40 is applicable on all COD orders. Promo Codes & Discount Vouchers

Payment Failure & Order Issues
If your payment fails during checkout but your bank account shows a debit, do not worry. This is a common occurrence in online payments and is usually resolved automatically within 3–5 business days, with the amount returned to your account or card. However, if the amount is not credited back within this period, please contact our support team with your order ID and bank transaction reference number, and we will investigate the issue on priority.
In the event of a double charge or incorrect charge, please reach out to us immediately. We take payment disputes very seriously and aim to resolve all such issues within 48 hours.
GST & Invoicing
All prices displayed on Kumbh Home Decor’s website are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to your registered email address upon order confirmation. If you require a business invoice with your company’s GSTIN, please ensure you add your GSTIN details to your account profile before placing the order, or mention it in the order notes at checkout.
We are a registered business under GST (GSTIN available on request), and all invoices generated by us are fully valid for business accounting and input tax credit purposes.
Privacy & Data Security
Your privacy matters to us. When you make a payment on Kumbh Home Decor, your financial information — including card numbers, bank account details, and UPI IDs — is transmitted directly to our payment gateway (RazorPay) over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
